KETO COACHING 101

I will you be your personal keto coach for a whole 8 weeks. You will receive in the post the Carb Cutters welcome pack containing a detailed booklet of the plan you'll be following as well as the answers to some frequently asked keto questions. I'll ask you to fill in a client intake form so I can get to know a bit more about you and tailor my coaching towards your individual needs and goals.

 

For the first two weeks you will be eating from my tried and tested 'approved food' list to guide you in to a deep state of nutritional ketosis. After that, we

move on to macro tracking where I will calculate your personalised calories, carbs, fat and protein and teach you how to accurately track using an app.

I will be on hand to contact via your method of choice with any questions you may have, however trivial they may seem. I will always endeavour to get back to you as quickly as possible and every evening when you have finished your food diary, I will talk you through it and see where you can make improvements to hit those all important targets.

 

I have had great success with my program with clients of all ages, all shapes and all sizes so if you're in any doubt if this will work for you - as long as you are willing to put everything you've got in to it, I can promise you that you'll be happy with your results, not just on the scale but also with your mental clairity, energy and mood.

MACROS &

MEAL PLANS

If you've already done all your keto research but want a bit more structure in your new way of eating, then you might con-sider signing up for my 'Macros and Meal Plans' package. We'll chat about your needs, wants and goals and I'll calculate your macros for you. I'll then tailor these macros into an 8-week meal plan, including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and drinks. This plan might also work for you if you've been following the keto lifestyle for a while and just need a bit of a reboot.

As well as my introductory course, I also offer extended ketogenic coaching for those who want accountability for a little bit longer or don't quite feel ready to go it alone when their eight weeks have finished.

Some people just like a couple more weeks and some like to stay on board with me until they reach their goals.
